1. What are the hurdles keeping your organization from improving its AQ? What steps would you recommend to help improve the AQ?
One of the major challenges that are slowing down AQ in the bank of America is difficult collaboration. Bank of America works with other different companies and having end-to-end collaboration not easily achieved. There is also a lack of adequate skills, especially in every department, that can be the use of analytics to the lowest level of the company.
To improve AQ, the following steps should be considered
• Communicate the value of analytics to management (IBM, 2011).
• Ensure every department, team, management, and employees understand the value of collaboration and accept to promote it
• Ensure the right, and correct information is collected and stored whenever they are produced.
