1. Which approach (Davenport or CRISP-DM) would work better in your organization?
My organization is a bank. There are many different data that are generated daily. Data bot savings, deposits, insurance, customer complaints, etc. the accuracy of data have a greater impact on how decisions are made in the bank. I believe since CRISP-DM emphasizes greatly on data preparation, errors in data may be identified and corrected, thus resulting in better analysis and aid good decision making.
