Our organization is well organized when it comes to decision making, and in most cases, the consensus is usually preferred. However, poor decision making has occurred several and mostly is because of the "dominant personality." In our organization, most groups usually have veteran employees and many newcomers or juniors employees. It is designed this way so that junior employees can learn from those who have been in the company for long. However, if a decision has to be made usually, it is not a team decision but a decision of dominant personality in those teams. In some cases, they get it right, but often, they end up with poor results especially in forecasting future sales.
